How connections work
One catalog, three separate connect flows. Achievement data is read from your tools, never written back — the one exception is retro action items your team explicitly publishes.
- 1Your team connects a toolEach person signs in to the tool they use and picks the project or repository to read.
- 2Completed work is importedEvery day we pull the items they finished — merged pull requests, resolved tickets, closed tasks. Work still in progress is ignored.
- 3Achievements are draftedOnce a week that finished work is grouped by theme into 2–4 suggested achievements, each with a title, description and impact.
- 4The person confirmsAn email tells them the drafts are ready, and the drafts also wait on their dashboard and achievements page. They edit anything that is not right and confirm — nothing becomes an achievement without them, and no one faces a blank page at review time.
